Whether by flood, broken pipes, water leaks, or high humidity, mold is a universal issue for building owners.  It is a health hazard that is made worse by waiting.  Mold never just "goes away."  It continues to infest the facility until someone solves the problem.

Mold is a health hazard, and some mold is literally deadly to humans.  It takes a Certified Mold Inspector to evaluate and assess the damage and estimate the needed repairs.  Mold remediation is the hands-on work it takes to remove and eliminate the mold making the facility livable again.  Frankly, it is a pretty good business, and there are always homes and buildings with mold problems.  So, making money is just making the right connections.
